Assessment for compliance of the project for “Depot and transportation chart for supplies to the limestone warehouse of the Maritsa East 2 TPP, Power Units 1-4” with the essential requirements to construction sites, as well as issuance of Construction Permit, exercising construction supervision, elaboration of Technical Certificate, and issuance of Utilization Permit.
In the above mentioned investment process Risk Engineering Ltd. acted as Consultant pursuant to the Spatial Planning Act (SPA).
Within the above mentioned construction site, limestone unloading and transport processing facility was built together with all necessary systems and supporting infrastructure. Solid foundations were laid; steel upper structures of buildings and facilities were constructed, as well as access roads, maneuvering area, water-supply and sewerage installations, dust-removing filtering installation; erection of processing, electrical and filtering equipment.
The following activities were included and implemented in the scope of the contractual consultancy services:
- Assessment for compliance of the investment project (developed at the Detailed Design phase) with the essential requirements to construction sites, and exercising construction supervision during the implementation of construction and installation works;
- Provision of assistance to the Customer in obtaining Construction Permit, exercising construction supervision, elaborating the Final Report and the Technical Certificate of the construction;
- Completion of the required documentation for the assignment of a State Acceptance Commission;
- Provision of assistance to the Customer in carrying out a State Acceptance Commission and in obtaining Utilization Permit.
The construction project was fully completed and accepted according to Utilization Permit issued by the National Construction Control Directorate, Outg. No. СТ-05-278/08.03.2010.
