History
The Company has been founded in 1990 by a group of Bulgarian engineers and physicists with main purpose to provide consultancy and engineering services in the field of power engineering. Two years later the Company became a limited liability company and adopted the firm Risk Engineering, Ltd.
The Company is one of the first Bulgarian private companies in the field of engineering and consultancy services. In the beginning its activity has been focusing mainly on risk and reliability assessment and management of operation of complex power and chemical plants.
Through the years, the Company acquired significant experience and extended its activities starting to offer full range of engineering services, as demanded by the industry. In 2002 the company was reorganized into a Joint-Stock Company, and keeps functioning as such till the present time.
