- Assessing the strength characteristics under impact of natural phenomena (storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.);
- Stress analyses and thermal analyses;
- Development of engineering and detailed documentation required for the systems implementation.
Development of complex systems for monitoring and control of technological processes
Risk Engineering has employed highly qualified personnel developing complex systems for control and monitoring of technological processes in nuclear and thermal power plants. For example, the following projects have been implemented in the recent years:
- Design and Beyond Design Accident Monitoring System for Kozloduy NPP, Units 5&6
- Critical Safety Parameters Monitoring System for Kozloduy NPP, Units 5&6
- Development and implementation of automated system for individual dosimetric Control for admission of personnel into NPP controlled access areas.
- Development of software – Complex Database for Radiation Monitoring on the Site and environment of Kozloduy NPP
- Modernization of the Unified Complex of Technical Means (UKTS) for control safety systems – elaboration of design and engineering documentation.
